Three years ago Phoebe was diagnosed with illnesses doctors said she would never fully recover from to lead a normal life. Fast forward three years and she is defying doctors’ expectations. She is aiming to be the second woman and the first person in remission of two chronic illness to travel to every country in the world, sending a message about challenging expectations and gender equality.
